Brief rundown a VIP Event:
We will come out and Setup prior to your guest arrival that day.
At that time we will give you a Roll of Casino Tickets which you will in
turn give 1 to each of your guests to take to the Casino tables for their
20,000 in Chips. We will play throughout the evening explaining the games
and giving basic strategy to anyone who needs it.
Then at the end, We will convert all the Casino Chips (every
5000) into Raffle chances (we provide both entry and exit tickets) and
this is where you as a host will need to get a few prizes for the
casino to be raffled off. More chips you have… The more chances you
have to win. And even if you don’t play you can still redeem your
initial casino ticket for 4 raffle chances. Example: dinner for 2, Movie
tickets, gift cards or a Bottle of wine.

Setting: March 28, 2000 Downtown Fort Worth
Scenario:
So your organization is at the Worthington Hotel in downtown Fort Worth doing a convention and it’s the final day of the convention. All your guest have just gone up to their rooms after it’s ending to get ready for the convention finale(Casino Night!). And outside brews a horrendous storm. And your guest are oblivious because they are nestled inside this Worthington fortress! Meanwhile Vegas Image Parties Inc. is downstairs unloading and setting up this evenings casino entertainment. VIP setup crews have taken in the last load and close the back of the trailer. And proceed inside to go and finalize the setup. And I had this great idea to take this opportunity to check my voicemail outside while seated in my truck with my drivers door open. After about my second voicemail I heard a howling wind and looked up seeing directly in front of me on Throckmorton Street the river of blowing trash. I thought to myself Sigh
Big-city … in a windstorm, trash sometimes blows down the street like this. Little did I know… 
I proceed to check my voicemails and the wind becomes increasingly stronger and louder whirling and swirling capturing my full attention. I looked up again to witness to this day one of my most incredible memories. It look like a flock of bats flying pretty high above the street from my left to my right moving at a high rate of speed. And what I come to realize later was many many shards of the black paned glass that bordered the adjacent bank building. It was literally coming apart at the seams and I was witnessing it first hand. And about this time I noticed a lot of other things flying rather precariously down the street in all the way up to my truck’s windshield. Things like newspaper stands or ceiling tiles or rain gutter drainage pipes hurling end over end of which one hit my windshield. Yipes! It was at this time I realized that I was in the middle of the early stages of a tornado and I didn’t think that the the front seat of my truck was the safest place to ride it out. So I stepped out of my truck and with that first step something flew through the air hurling itself into my eye! And I think some dust clambered up my other eye and I didn’t think I could see well enough to make the safety of the Worthington ballroom lobby. So I decided to hurl myself back into my truck closing the door behind me and diving immediately onto the floorboard. All along holding my injured eye, trying to keep my bearings and listening for the imminent danger ahead. There was a constant barrage of loud noises from who knows what hitting my truck over and over. And I can’t believe that my windows did not shatter. The noise of the tornado getting louder and louder almost like you would think a freight train would sound like. At its loudest point my truck was shaking feverishly. The back wheels on my truck started to chirp and it began to slide. And just as soon as that started… Everything stopped! Phew! I gathered myself and go inside the hotel. That was crazy! That was insane! I can’t believe we all made it through it safely. You would think that after that horrible tornado had ravaged downtown Fort Worth no one would be in the mood for a Casino Party but I was wrong in the that assumption. The customer was holding a convention. All of their guests were already there, ready to be entertained. They didn’t have to drive in to the cripple city amongst all the broken glass, downed street signs and police blockades. And that’s just what my dealers achieved that day. Braving future inclement weather, creatively navigating into downtown Fort Worth around police blockades and broken glass in the streets. Vegas Image Parties came out smelling like a rose that day. We performed admirably. We put on that party like there was no tomorrow! Going above and beyond the normal call of Casino Duty.
Hence, VIP’s motto now is:

At a Vegas Image Casino Party we supply all the chips, cards, dealing shoes and barstools for all the Blackjack, Roulette and Specialty card games except Texas Holdem.
THE HORROR!
I have heard horror stories about the day of the event where some other casino event companies have shown up expecting the customer/venue to supply chairs for these tables. Wow! sometimes the venue have them and sometimes they don’t. And its not like their tables are tall enough to just stand at and play Blackjack or whatever… their tables are only banquet seating heighth.
VIP Casino party tables are able to do both ( both barstool heighth and banquet seating heighth). We have been doing events for over 15 years and we understand your hidden needs and wants.
To me I think its an absolute bummer to “SIT” down and play Blackjack in a chair. That is why we supply the barstools. Not only that you can only usually only get 5 player chairs per Blackjack table and that will cut down your available casino capacity per table. Therefore having to pay for more casino party tables to get the same job accomplished.
Booking:
Vegas Image Parties Inc. … an expert on booking Casino parties for all occasions.
We will put together an event with a variety of games for the amount of guests you will have.
Start:
We will come and setup prior to your guest arrival. We will give you a roll of tickets for you to give your guests 1 each to be redeemed at the casino tables for the 20,000 in casino chips.
We will explain the games and basic strategy during the whole evening. We try to find a happy medium on our tables so that complete casino novices and expert casino connoisseurs will both be happy.
End… The Dealers will become cashiers and cash in all the casino chips/slot tokens and redeem them for raffle chances. This is where you as a host need to have some prizes for th casino night. The Casino Raffle is held immediatly following and that is the concluding factor.
Teardown. Vegas Image Parties will tear down immediately following. (We don’t make you wait until the next day to get out of your hair)

Vegas Image Parties Inc. does events for 3 hours normally. You can go longer with your Casino Party, its just a 1/3 more for every extra hour. But you have to take into consideration that we actually will occupy your guests for a total of 3.5 hours because: 3 hours of Gaming, 15 minutes to cash all the chips in and another 15 minutes to disperse your casino prizes.

I love going to casinos and playing all the games especially CRAPS!
And I really appreciate a good dealer when I see them. Its always a sad moment with a rather large sigh when I realize that I have spent hours and hours traveling for my vacation to get to this casino destination and when I get there the Dealer is weak! I feel cheated already…. especially on the craps table. There is a lot that goes on inbetween each roll of the dice. I like these dealers to be on top of it. I have specific craps betting strategy that takes an advanced dealer to deal to me. Craps dealing is a very deep Passion of mine and all our Craps dealers go through not a 1 weekend or even a one day on the Job training session, they go through a 6 week training course (that they have to pass or they don’t deal). All of our Crap dealers are very proficient and would love to train you and your group how to play craps with all the ettiquete and basic strategy. “New Shooter Comin out!
